I saw the Ratatouille tart recipe on a blog, but I thought something was missing. So I added extra dill cheese and a good tart came out, which also looks bestial - how modest I am, right? :)) - and I thought I'd call it the perfect tart.
- Ptr. it took:
- 250 g flour
- 1 or
- 100 g butter
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- a pinch of salt
- For filling:
- 300 g cheese
- 1 or
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 tablespoons chopped dill
- salt, ground pepper
- 2 zucchini
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon oregano
Servings: 8
Preparation time: less than 90 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Perfect tart;):
Mix the dough ingredients well, cover and refrigerate for an hour.
The zucchini is sliced and salted. Tomatoes are also sliced. The cheese is mixed with sour cream, egg and dill and seasoned.
Spread the dough in a tart shape, spread the cheese over it, then the tomatoes and zucchini.
Bake for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees. After baking, sprinkle oregano on top. It can be served hot or cold.
Good appetite!
