So, I previously washed the rice under running water until the water became clear. Now fill with cold water. We send to the stove, and cover with a lid. Bring the rice to a boil, and cook for exactly 15 minutes on low heat. At the end of time, let the rice reach the pan for 10 minutes.
We prepare products. Cut the cucumber into four parts in length, remove the middle with seeds. And we cut each part of the cucumber along long strips. Strip cheese and fish into strips.

We put the nori sheet on the roll mat with the shiny side down, distribute the rice on the sheet, leave an empty strip of 1.5-2 cm thick at the very edge of the nori sheet - this is necessary so that the sheet adheres well to the roll.
Backing 2-3 cm from the other edge, we put a strip of cucumber, fish, and cheese on the rice. Moisten the edge of nori with sushi vinegar, and roll the roll tightly. We leave the finished roll to lie down for 10 minutes.
Then with a sharp and moistened with water knife cut the roll into portioned pieces. Serve our homemade soy sauce rolls and wasabi.
