  1. Suluguni cheese 450 g
  2. Breadcrumbs 150 g
  3. Red chili flakes 1.5 tsp
  4. Basil 1 tsp
  5. Egg 4 pcs.

Step 1.

Grate the cheese, add one chicken egg, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of flour and finely grated garlic. Mix everything well.

Step 2

Form small balls from the cheese mass.

To prepare a lezon: beat 3 chicken eggs until foam.

In the breadcrumbs put basil and red pepper, mix everything.

Step 5

Dip each cheese ball into the lezon and then into the crackers, again into the lezon and again into the crackers.

Step 6

Heat vegetable oil well and fry cheese balls at medium temperature, immersing them completely in oil for 1 minute. The balls are ready! Serve cheese balls with ketchup, lingonberry jam and various sauces.
