Step 1.Grate the cheese, add one chicken egg, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of flour and finely grated garlic. Mix everything well.
Step 2Form small balls from the cheese mass.
Step 3To prepare a lezon: beat 3 chicken eggs until foam.
Step 4In the breadcrumbs put basil and red pepper, mix everything.
Step 5Dip each cheese ball into the lezon and then into the crackers, again into the lezon and again into the crackers.
Step 6Heat vegetable oil well and fry cheese balls at medium temperature, immersing them completely in oil for 1 minute. The balls are ready! Serve cheese balls with ketchup, lingonberry jam and various sauces.
