Peel a squash, grate it and boil it in cold water with a pinch of salt. Boil well for about 20 minutes. Drain the water, strain it, add the butter and milk and mix well. I usually use raw red beets, but it can be boiled or baked in foil. Put the beets on the grater and season with salt, a little lemon juice and oil. The beets are mashed using a blender. Mix some of the mashed potatoes with the mashed beets.

Do not mix the whole amount, add it little by little until you reach the desired shade. We need a heart-shaped cake. With its help we make a heart out of mashed potatoes on a clean plate. The mixture of mashed beets will be softer, so put a little over the potato heart. And the glazed heart is ready. You can make both tomatoes, I just wanted to show you the difference.
