So, 1 carrot is cut into rings, 1 onion is cut into 6 parts. We put the vegetables in a pan, here we put the chicken fillet, bay leaf, peppercorns, pour cold water, salt to taste, cover and send to cook until cooked for 30-35 minutes. Then pull the meat and cool.
Finely chop the remaining onion, and grate the carrots.
Heat the pan with vegetable oil, fry the onions for 3-4 minutes, add the carrots, and fry for another 4 minutes.
Cut the meat into small pieces, transfer to a blender, pour in the cream and interrupt, if necessary, you can add a couple of spoons of broth or cream. Pour into a bowl.
We interrupt the onions and carrots until smooth. We combine the two masses together, salt to taste, mix well.
