  1. Dark grapes 200-250 gr
  2. Wheat flour 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp.
  3. Small corn grits 1/2 cup
  4. Ghee, 2 tbsp.
  5. Vegetable oil 1/4 cup
  6. Yogurt or kefir 6 tbsp.
  7. Sugar 1/2 cup
  8. 2 eggs
  9. Lemon zest 1 tsp
  10. Baking powder 1 tsp
  11. Vanilla 1,5 gr
  12. Salt 1/2 tsp
  13. Honey 2 tbsp

Combine flour, corn grits, baking powder and salt in a bowl. In another bowl, mix eggs, sugar, lemon zest, melted butter, vegetable oil. Mix the contents of both bowls carefully. Add the yogurt or kefir and mix thoroughly. Add the honey and mix.
Wash the grapes, cut the berries in half and remove the seeds. Lubricate the baking dish with butter. Pour the dough. Roll the grapes in flour and put on top of the dough.
Bake for 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 175 degrees. Remove from oven. Spread the second half of the grapes on top of the dough (the first half dropped inside the dough). Bake in the oven for another 25 minutes.
