Diet tuna pie



  1. egg 2 pcs.
  2. kefir 330 ml
  3. whole grain flour 100 g
  4. wheat bran 5 g
  5. salt to taste
  6. baking powder 1/2 tsp
  7. sesame topping to taste


  1. canned tuna 150 g
  2. boiled eggs 2 pcs.
  3. green onions to taste
  4. dill to taste

For the filling, cut green onions, dill and boiled eggs. Add canned tuna, mix, pepper.

For the test, beat the kefir with eggs, add a mixture of flour, bran and baking powder, mix thoroughly.

Pour about half the dough into the mold, put the filling of tuna and eggs, then fill with the remaining dough. Sprinkle with sesame seeds (optional). We bake in an oven preheated to 180C with convection for about 25 minutes.
