  1. Pita 1 sheet
  2. Adygea cheese 150 gr
  3. Yogurt 80 gr
  4. Carrots 2 pcs small
  5. Bell pepper 1/3 pcs
  6. Spinach 1 beam
  7. Ginger root 1 cm
  8. Mustard to taste
  9. 1/4 lemon zest
  10. Toasted sunflower seeds or pine nuts to taste
  11. Korean style soybeans to taste
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Pepper to taste

We spread pita bread and grease it with a mixture of Adyghe cheese, grated ginger, yogurt, lemon zest and mustard.
Lining spinach leaves on top. Sprinkle grated carrots and chopped bell pepper. Sprinkle seeds and sprouted soybeans.
