We mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, salt in a bowl. Add about 80 g of diced butter to the bowl and mix. Slowly pour about 1 cup of chilled kefir into the dough, achieving a dense consistency. Sprinkle flour on the table and mash the resulting dough on it. Divide the dough into an odd number of equal parts and with the hands of each part we give the shape of a flat disk. The size of the disk should fit in a baking dish. Mix in a deep plate a little cane and white sugar, cinnamon, a little salt. Melt a little oil and brush the dough discs on both sides with a brush. Dip in sugar with cinnamon, spread on a board or table.
In apples, core, cut into small pieces. On all disks except one, we put apple slices. Stack vertically in a baking dish. At the end, cover with a disc without apples. Let us bake in an oven preheated to 175 degrees for 40 minutes.
Mix 1/4 cup cane and 3/4 cup white sugar. Pour into a small saucepan and melt over medium heat. Add about 100 grams of butter, heated to room temperature, mix thoroughly. Add about 100 grams of butter cream, mix. Add 1 tsp. salt, mix and remove the caramel from the fire. We get the cake from the oven and pour the resulting caramel.
