  1. Chicken fillet 2 pieces
  2. Hot paprika
  3. Chanterelles 300-400 grams
  4. Onion 2 pieces
  5. 2 cloves of garlic
  6. Basil to taste
  7. Thai sauce with basil (if any) to taste

Step 1: prepare the ingredients.

Rinse the chanterelles, clean and dry. Cut large mushrooms. Peel the onion and cut into half rings. Sprinkle the chicken fillet with paprika on all sides and leave on 10-20 minutes.

Step 2: fry the onions.

Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the onions and coke chips. Salt.
When the onions become clear, add the chanterelles and cook until the water evaporates.

Then put chicken fillet on top of the chanterelles, add the basil, a little more salt and, covered with a lid, cook for 20-30 minutes over low heat until the bird is cooked.
