Cooking:Boil and cool eggs and potatoes. Drain the oil from the cod liver and mash with a fork. Grate eggs, cheese and potatoes. Finely chop the parsley. In a salad bowl, combine all the ingredients except cheese, pepper, salt if necessary and mix until smooth. From the resulting mass, make balls the size of a walnut and roll them in shredded cheese.
