- Bulgarian pepper 2 pcs.
- ricotta 200 g
- tapenade 3 tbsp
- tomato juice 300 ml
- Main ingredients: Pepper, Cheese

Prepare the necessary ingredients. Juice can be taken salty if you like more salt. The one in tapenade is enough for us. (See how to make tapenata on my channel.)
Mix ricotta with tapenade.
Cut the pepper in half. Take out the seeds and fill with ricotta with tapenade.
Put pepper in a baking dish. Add tomato juice.
Send to bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. It is not necessary that the pepper is completely relaxed. It should stay crispy.
Put pepper on a plate, add tomato juice and herbs on top.
As I said, such an appetizer can be eaten both hot and cold. Equally delicious. Enjoy your meal.
