Curd casserole "Lace" - quick and easy!

Ingredients

For casserole:

  1. thin pita 1 sheet

For filling:

  1. cottage cheese (any fat content) 500 gr.
  2. eggs 2 pcs.
  3. sugar 3 tbsp
  4. semolina 2 tbsp
  5. vanillin 1,5 gr. or 10 gr. vanilla sugar
  6. any berries (you can frozen) 150-180 gr.

For filling:

  1. eggs 2 pcs.
  2. sugar 3 tbsp
  3. sour cream (any fat content) 250 gr.

For baking:

  1. shape with a diameter of 20 cm
  • Main Ingredients: Eggs, Cranberries, Cottage Cheese, Sour Cream, Semolina, Sugar

Inventory:

detachable form 20 cm, mixer, container for mixing ingredients, spatula.

Cooking:

First, prepare the filling. In the cottage cheese, add 2 eggs, 3 tbsp. sugar, 2 tbsp. semolina and mix thoroughly until smooth.

Take pita bread, spread the whole filling, evenly spreading the whole pita bread.

Thawed berries need to be drained from excess fluid and put on top of the cottage cheese in a checkerboard pattern.

We turn it first into a roll, and then we turn it into a snail.

Prepare the fill for the pie.

2 eggs beat with a mixer with 3 tbsp. l sugar to splendor.

Add 250 g of sour cream and mix at low speeds until smooth. The fill is ready.

Fill our pita snail and evenly distribute the fill.

We send to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 45 minutes.

Leave the casserole in the oven for 10-15 minutes, and then remove it and let it cool completely. Remove the form and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut and serve.
