Ingredients

  1. Chicken breast 1 fillet
  2. 2 pickled cucumbers
  3. Korean carrots 100 gr
  4. Cheese 100 gr
  5. Garlic (optional, if Korean carrots are not very sharp) 2 cloves
  6. Mayonnaise to taste
  7. Greens to taste

Cooking:

Boil the fillet in salted water, then cut into cubes (or disassemble by hand into fibers). Cut the cucumbers into strips, rub the cheese on a coarse grater. We mix the fillet, cheese, cucumbers and carrots, add garlic squeezed through the press and season with mayonnaise. Salad "Chanterelle" ready!
