Ingredients

  2. potato 400 g

Cut the carrots and potatoes into pieces, sprinkle with spices and herbs (nutmeg, salt, pepper, paprika, rosemary, thyme) and put in the oven for 30 minutes at 200C.

Chop onion and garlic, finely fry, add turmeric and ginger, mix and add spinach (fresh or frozen), simmer for 10 minutes.

Mix baked vegetables with spinach, add 100 ml. water and put in the oven for 10 minutes.
