  1. eggs 2 pcs.
  2. cooked sausage 50 g
  3. cheese 20 g
  4. bell pepper 0.25 pcs.
  5. tomato 0.5 pcs.
  6. green onion 1 pc.
  7. sunflower oil 2 tbsp

In a bowl, or in another deep bowl, stir two eggs with a fork.

Dice the sausage, cheese, pepper and tomato into small cubes. Finely chop the onion. Add everything to the eggs and mix well. Whoever lacks salt from sausage and cheese, salt.

Add sunflower oil to the pan and heat it very well. The resulting egg mass is poured into a pan and fry until cooked.

When serving, sprinkle with herbs. Enjoy your meal.
