Butter the oven dish and put half of yesterday's cold pasta on the bottom. Separately, mix the eggs with salt and milk, add the grated hard cheese. Put half the egg and cheese mixture in a mold and add the remaining pasta on top, as shown in the video. Mix the minced meat with salt, dried dried garlic and a mixture of peppers. The fatter the minced meat, the juicier the meatballs will be. Form small balls and put on top of yesterday’s pasta in the oven mold. Pour the remaining egg and cheese into the oven. Bake for about 30 minutes at 220 degrees. Serve hot, sprinkled with herbs. Bon Appetit!)
