Step 1 - Zucchini.

We cut into rings two fresh zucchini and put in a convenient container, add salt and pepper to taste and mix. Bread on each side each slice of zucchini and spread fry in a pan heated with olive oil to a golden crust on both sides. We spread the fried zucchini in a separate bowl.

Step 2 - Peppers and Tomatoes.

We cut the pre-peeled bell pepper into cubes, cut two tomatoes in similar slices, put it in a frying pan, adding some olive oil if necessary.

Step 3 - Onion.

Coarsely chop the green onion, add it to the pan with pepper and tomato and mix the vegetables, simmer for about seven minutes on low heat, and cover the pan with a lid.

Step 4 - Done!

Add lemon juice to the pan and, closing the lid, continue to simmer the vegetables for about three more minutes. We spread the zucchini in the pan, mix well all the vegetables and, having closed the lid, simmer for about five more minutes over low heat. Put the finished dish on a plate, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve hot to the table.
