Ingredients

  3. Vanilla Sugar 12g
  4. Gelatin 25 grams
  5. Water 100 ml.
  6. Bananas 2 pcs.
  7. Tangerines 2 pcs.
  8. Kiwi 2 pcs.

Step 1 - Prepare the ingredients.


Dissolve gelatin in warm water and leave it for 30 minutes for swelling and complete dissolution. We clean and cut the fruits into small cubes, cut a small amount of bananas and kiwi in circles to decorate the dessert. Diced fruits are laid out in glasses or bowls in which we will serve dessert.

Step 2 - Sour Cream Fill.


To prepare sour cream pouring in a deep bowl, mix sour cream, sugar, vanilla sugar and mix well with a mixer until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Step 3 - Divide into servings.


Pour dissolved gelatin into the sour cream filling and mix well again. Pour the sour cream-gelatin mixture into glasses with fruits, decorate with cut fruit circles on top in random order. You can also garnish with grated chocolate or coconut.

Step 4 - Done!
