Chicken hearts with onions in a pan

Step 1 - Prepare the ingredients.

Wash hearts, cut off unnecessary fat, veins. Hearts cut in half. Chop the onion.

Step 2 - Roasting Hearts.

Fry the hearts in a pan with vegetable oil. They let the juice, salt and pepper them, add onions. Stir and simmer under a lid until all the liquid has evaporated.

Step 3 - Stew.

Add 150 ml of water and continue to simmer under the lid over low heat until there is little water or until it has completely evaporated.

Step 4 - Done.
