Grilled pork ingredients
- Olive oil 1/4 cup
- Garlic 10 cloves
- Parsley (finely chopped) 1/4 cup
- Sage (finely chopped) 1 tablespoon (about 8 leaves)
- Thyme (finely chopped) 3/4 teaspoon
- Rosemary (finely chopped) 3/4 teaspoon
- 1.5 teaspoon salt
- Red pepper (cereal) 1/4 teaspoon
- Black pepper 1.5 teaspoon
- Pork cutlets (preferably on the bone) 4 pieces
- Main ingredients: Pork, Greens
- Serving 4 servings
Inventory:
Grill, bowl, spoon, whisk, deep plate, tongs.
Cooking:
Step 1: chop the herbs.

Rinse the herbs, dry with towels and chop very finely.
Step 2: grind the pepper.

Take black pepper with peas, and then crush it with a pestle in a mortar. If you don’t have such a device, then a saucepan will do.

When crumbled black pepper, measure out the amount needed for the marinade, and use the rest to prepare other dishes.
Step 3: prepare the marinade.

In a bowl or a small but deep plate, mix chopped greens, olive oil, black and red pepper, salt and grated or minced garlic. Stir well with a spoon or whisk.
Step 4: pickle the pork.

Place the pork cutlets in a deep plate and apply on top of each 1 teaspoon marinade, about, and then rub it with your hands. Turn the meat over and do the same on the other side.

Marinate pork in herbs must be in a closed container in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours. Usually the meat is simply prepared in the evening, and the night it is pickled.
Step 5: grill pork.

Half an hour before cooking, remove the meat from the refrigerator so that it lies a little at room temperature.
Heat the grill to about 180-200 degrees and fry with the lid open for 2 minutes. Then close the lid and cook the meat 8 minutes.

Then turn over the pork with tongs and repeat again (2 minutes with the lid open and 8 minutes when closed). Then turn over and hold the meat on the fire for another 1-2 minutesthen remove it from the grill. Set the pork aside and let it rest for 10 minutes (can be covered with foil).
Step 6: serve grilled pork.
