  1. Tomatoes 1 kg.
  2. Sweet pepper 2 pcs.
  3. Parsley 2 bundles
  4. Dill 1/2 beam
  5. Mint 3-5 leaves
  6. Garlic 3-4 tooth.
  7. Vinegar 9% 1 tbsp
  8. Vegetable oil 4 tbsp
  9. Sugar 1.5-2 tsp
  10. Salt 1 tsp
  11. Hot pepper to taste

1) In a blender, grind sweet pepper, garlic, herbs, hot pepper, vinegar, vegetable oil, sugar, salt.

2) Wash the tomatoes. Make incisions crosswise on each tomato. Pour boiling water for 5-7 minutes, then drain the water and remove the skin. Thanks to this manipulation, tomatoes will pickle much faster.

3) Cut each tomato into 4 parts. In a convenient container I lay the tomatoes in layers, abundantly pouring marinade and sprinkling with parsley. Cover with cling film and leave to marinate for 2 hours on the table, then mix well and send in the refrigerator for the night.
