This unusual combination of many surprises with its taste. The taste and sourness of cherry plum give the usual zucchini a flavoring shade reminiscent of pineapple. Even during cooking, when pouring cherry plum and zucchini with syrup, you already smell the pineapple. To deepen the taste range in this workpiece, various spices are used. In addition to spices, you can add lemon zest, I will add cloves and dried mint leaves. The recipe is given for 3 liter cans.
Prepare everything for canning - wash and sterilize the jars in a convenient way for you, boil the lids. Peel the zucchini, wash the cherry plum. At the bottom of a clean can we put cherry plum (300 grams in each can). Peeled zucchini cut into circles or halves, depending on their size. Add to the cans with cherry plum, pour the cans with boiling water to the very neck and let it warm for 15 minutes. While the plum with zucchini warms up, we prepare the syrup - pour water into the pan, add sugar and cook it after boiling for 5 minutes. Drain the water from the cans, add cloves and mint (1 pc. In each can), pour sugar syrup, turn and wrap until it cools completely.
