Sugar 3 tsp
Salt 1/3 tsp
Water 70 ml.

Knead the dough: in a sifted flour mixed with salt, we beat in an egg. Dilute the yeast in warm water, add sugar, stir and wait 5 minutes. Then add the yeast to the dough. Knead the dough for 10-15 minutes. The dough should become elastic and easily stick to your hands. Put the mixed dough in a container greased with olive oil (you can also grease the dough a little, it will be more aromatic), cover with a towel and set in a warm place for 1 hour, until the dough is increased in volume by 1.5-2 times. As soon as the dough has risen, we roll it out very thinly, about 0.3 cm. And cut it into long strips, about 1 cm wide. We wind the resulting strips on sausages so that there is room for the mummies' eyes, and the rest in a chaotic order that resembles bandages. Put sausages on a baking sheet. Sausages do not need to be greased on top, since the dough will shine, and we need to create the effect of matte wound bandages. Put the baking sheet in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10 minutes. On the finished sausages, the eyes can be made with ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard or any other sauce, which you like best.
