Stuffed Avocado Ingredients

  1. Canned corn 1 jar
  2. Avocado 2 pieces
  3. Bow with green feathers 2 pieces
  4. Bulgarian pepper 1 piece
  5. Fresh parsley 1 sprig
  6. Cherry Tomatoes 150 grams
  7. Olive oil 4 tablespoons
  8. Butter 1 tablespoon
  9. Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Ground black pepper to taste

  • Serving 4 servings


Frying pan, kitchen knife, cutting board, tablespoon, plate.


Step 1: prepare the ingredients.

Rinse vegetables, rinse corn with cold water.
Cut the white part of the onion into strips, and the green part into rings and do not mix them.
Cut the tomatoes into halves or quarters.
Peel the seeds and cut into strips.
Divide the avocado in half and remove the flesh from the middle, but not all, leaving about 1st centimeter.

Step 2: fry the onions.

Heat the butter and fry the white part of the onion in it until transparent.

Step 3: add pepper and poimdora to the onion.

Add the straws of pepper and chopped cherry tomatoes to the onion. Fry for a couple of minutes until soft.

Step 4: mix fried vegetables with corn.

Transfer the fried vegetables to a plate, add the corn and the pulled out aquacado pulp to them. Salt, pepper to taste and season with lemon juice mixed with olive oil.

Step 5: Stuffing Avocados

Arrange the resulting mixture and vegetables in halves of the avocado. Garnish with green onions and parsley on top, and then serve immediately.

Step 6: serve the stuffed avocado.

Stuffed avocados will be in place at any time of the day, unless the other dishes are not heavy. This beautiful dish rich in healthy fats and vitamins will decorate lunch or dinner, and will also be a good breakfast.
