Ingredients for cooking shrimp with pineapple on skewers
- Cayenne pepper 1 teaspoon
- Smoked paprika 1 teaspoon
- Lemon juice 4 tablespoons
- Olive oil 3 tablespoons
- Garlic 1 clove
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon color pepper
- Shrimp 1/2 kg
- Zucchini small 3 pieces
- Bulgarian red pepper 1 piece
- Pineapple (fresh) 2-3 ringlets
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste

Grill, skewers, plate, kitchen knife, knife for cutting vegetables, cutting board, garlic press.
Step 1: prepare the marinade.
Send the garlic to a garlic squeezer or grate. Combine all the ingredients necessary for preparing the marinade, add chopped garlic to them and mix again.
