Pumpkin with liver

Ingredients for Cooking Pumpkin with Liver

  1. Onion 2 pieces
  2. Pumpkin (mass after cleaning) 400 grams
  3. Chicken liver 10 pieces
  4. Parsley 1 bunch
  5. Boning wheat flour
  6. Vegetable oil for frying
  7. Peppers mix to taste
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Black pepper to taste

Cooking:

Step 1: chop the pumpkin.


Peel the pumpkin and seeds, cut into cubes the size of 1 centimeter everyone.

Step 2: fry the onions.


Heat oil in a pan. Cut the onions into thin feathers and let it fry over medium heat. Cook stirring until transparent until the onions become glass.

Step 3: fry the pumpkin.


Add the pumpkin to the onion and continue cooking until the pieces of the pumpkin are soft. In the process, salt and pepper the vegetables to taste.
