  1. Eggs 2-3 pieces (quantity depends on size)
  2. Mustard 1 tablespoon (optional)
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Pepper to taste
  5. Corn flakes (unsweetened) 100 grams
  6. Vegetable oil for frying
  • Main Ingredients Eggs
  • Serving 1 serving

Frying pan, spatula, fork, spoon, knife, cutting board.

Step 1: beat the eggs.

Mix the eggs with mustard, salt and pepper. Beat until smooth. I whisk with a whisk or a fork, without a mixer.

Step 2: add the corn flakes.

Add corn flakes to eggs only when the pan is already warmed up so that they do not have time to soften. Pour it out, mix quickly and immediately into the pan!

Step 3: Fry the omelet with cornflakes.

Heat a skillet with oil.

Pour eggs mixed with cornflakes into it. And fry over medium heat until golden brown.

In order not to break the omelette, prepare in advance a larger plate than a pan. And when the eggs turn golden on one side and set, gently pry the omelet with a spatula, tilt the pan and let its contents slip into a plate. Then cover the plate on top with a frying pan and turn over quickly. Everything! Now the roasted side was on top. Continue cooking for a few more minutes until the omelet turns golden on both sides.

Step 4: Serve the corn flakes omelet.

Put the finished omelet with cornflakes on a cutting board and let it rest a bit.

Cut it into four and serve as an appetizer or for breakfast.

Enjoy your meal!
