In a bowl, mix the meat with the egg, salt, pepper, dill and finely chopped basil, add the thyme and then mix the composition.
We will form balls from the obtained composition that we will flatten, then we put them on the hot grill.
They will cook on both sides until the meat is completely penetrated.
We cut the vegetables into rounds, and we will put the onion cut into rings on the grill.
After the onion rings are cooked, we will assemble the hamburger.
We will cut the meatball in two equal halves, grease the bottom of the bun with mustard and then add the meat, then the slice of cheese followed by the slice of tomato, onion slices, cucumber and lettuce.
The result can be served both hot and cold!
Pork burger (baked)
A few days ago I received from Edenia a package about their product & # 8211 Angus beef burger & # 8211 which contained a nice book with many ideas for hamburger combinations. And because they made me want to, I had to make a hamburger this weekend. Unfortunately, I didn't find their product in our country, so I prepared everything from scratch. Because we don't eat much beef, we decided to make burgers with pork and bake them in the oven. Read below how I proceeded and what combinations I used!
1 kg Pork
1 large carrot
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
45 gr pesmet
1 teaspoon salt
Peel and wash the carrot and onion and grate them or put them in the food processor and finely chop. Then mix the meat with the carrot, the permit and the spices.
Form the burgers and put them in a pan and bake them in the oven for approx. 50 minutes on high heat. If needed (and use a gas oven), you may need to turn them over.
Before baking, prepare the rest of the ingredients.
What did I choose to do from the recommendations of Eden:
& # 8211 feta cheese
& # 8211 Crispy fried bacon
& # 8211 pan-fried vegetables (zucchini and red pepper)
& # 8211 Philadelphia cheese
& # 8211 tzatziki (a grated cucumber and garlic, dill, yogurt, salt and pepper)
& # 8211 green onions
& # 8211 ketchup sauce (part ketchup, mayonnaise, little garlic)
The first combination was with Philadelphia cheese, meat, pan-fried vegetables, feta cheese and tzatziki.
The second option was with bun with potatoes and meat, ketchup sauce, bacon and green onions.
