- 4 eggs
- Semolina 1 cup

Step 1: knead the dough.
Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until airy white. Beat for several minutes.
Then, in turn, add semolina, yogurt, baking powder for dough and wheat flour. Mix everything well with a mixer until smooth.
At the end, add olive oil to the dough, also mixing the mass well with a mixer.

Bake cupcakes with semolina in preheated 180 degrees oven for 30-35 minutes.

Cupcakes with semolina will be very useful for tea. You can dye them with something or serve with jam. For my taste, they are beautiful with orange and lemon jam.
